Business Challenge

How might we create a flexible, safe, and connected way of working that improves clarity, productivity, and employee engagement across regions during a global pandemic?

The Solution

We used a series of Design and Research Sprints to align on key personas and experiences, uncover pain points through generative research, and then rapidly prototype and test solutions across geographies using a repeatable cadence.

Insights from each sprint informed iteration, leading to validated end-to-end prototypes, refined edge cases, and a complete Golden Thread that demonstrated the full customer journey.
